• Salespeople paid by commission, ensuring the highest responsiveness to your needs.  Upon arrival at your place of business, they will clean and replenish the machines, and promptly address any problems or concerns.
• Instant Refunds, some of our machines have the latest advanced technology that will refund a customer's money if there was a technical problem and no food product was dropped and delivered successfully.
• Service technicians are on call twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week, to handle any equipment malfunctions.  In addition, they perform preventative maintenance on a schedule, reducing equipment downtime.
• No contract - If Pee Dee Food Service ever fails to deliver quality product and service, we will, at your request, remove our equipment from your premises after written notice.
• Employee Recognition Programs - We have coupons that you can give to employees to recognize a job well done.  All vending machines accept them and it's a nice way to reward and show your appreciation to your employees.
